How do I get my CV URL?
After you save your CV, set a subdomain in domain settings (e.g. yourname). Your CV will be live at yourname.propages.io. You can also connect your own domain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. In domain settings, add your custom domain and follow the CNAME instructions. Once verified, your CV is served from your domain.
Can I export to PDF?
Yes. Use Export in the editor to download your CV as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown. Your chosen layout, font, and appearance are applied to PDF and DOCX.
Can I import my existing CV?
Yes. Upload a PDF and we use AI to extract contact, experience, education, and skills into sections. You can then edit and publish with propages.io. Supported files are text-based PDFs up to 10 MB.
How does the cover letter AI work?
Paste the job offer or role description and we generate a short, professional cover letter (3–5 paragraphs) using only information from your CV. You can then make it more formal, shorten it, or fix grammar. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Can AI answer application questions for me?
Yes. In Application questions, paste a question (e.g. from a job form) and we draft an answer from your CV. You can shorten the answer to fit character limits. Answers use only your CV—we do not invent experience or facts.
How do I improve my CV text with AI?
In the editor, open any section (e.g. summary or work experience) and use the AI actions: check grammar and spelling, get feedback plus an improved version, or enhance bullet points to be more impactful. You can apply or edit the suggestions.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your CV content and any text you submit for cover letters or application answers are processed only to provide the service (e.g. generate or improve text). We do not use your data to train or improve AI models.
What file format can I import?
We support PDF. Upload a text-based PDF (not a scanned image) and we extract the content into structured sections. For best results, use a PDF that was created from a word processor or export.
